Lesley has more than 20 years of experience in teaching and coaching people how they can improve and maintain their health and wellness. She has received extensive education and training from a variety of influential teachers.

Additionally, Lesley helps educate and train healthcare professionals about pelvic health and function. She has collaborated with Nell Tharpe, MS, CNM, CRNFA, FACNM on pelvic health and wellness for the “Clinical Practice Guidelines for Midwifery and Women’s Health” and been a presenter at the annual meeting of the Maine chapter of the American College of Certified Nurse Midwives. She is also a teaching assistant for Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.
